Hi, I am Dr. Kevin Hancock, DC. Over the last 20 years I have become an expert at discovering how not to lose weight… until recently. Maybe you are just like me and have tried:
- Lots of aerobic exercise….hours and hours

What these diets have in common is that they don’t work for the majority of those that use them. Sure they work for some, however, if you are like me they don’t pan out and you stop looking…, only to put on more pounds.
Thankfully, about the time I psyched myself up to try one more time, I came across the one diet that worked for me. I am sure it will work for you too.
I know, I know, whatever….., you’ve heard all of the claims and promises before. I was in the same boat. I had gained and lost weight before and I was extremely hesitant to try something different.
I am so glad I tried one more time. I lost 40 pounds in 6 weeks and have kept it off.
